[моё] Channels in MAX - pretty cool

So, I came across an article on mxstat.ru; as I understand it, it’s something like the official MAX channels website, and it says that channels can be created (just be careful).

But, of course, this functionality isn’t available yet; it’s in closed testing.

What I don’t get is, why make instructions in advance and put them out on the internet if the functionality isn’t finished yet?
Couldn’t they just say in the press release that it will be available, and that’s it?

Yes, that's clear, so when you do it, add the instructions, what's the point of instructions for functionality that doesn't exist, it's strange
