Again about the bicycle

One banker made economists think about this when he said: «A cyclist is a disaster for the country's economy: he does not buy cars and does not borrow money to buy them. He does not pay for insurance policies. He does not buy fuel, does not pay for vehicle inspections and necessary car repairs. He does not use paid parking. He does not get into serious accidents. He does not need multi‑lane highways. He does not become suffering from obesity.
Healthy people are unnecessary and not beneficial to the economy. They do not buy medicines. They do not go to hospitals and doctors. They add nothing to the country's GDP.
On the contrary, each new McDonald's restaurant creates at least 30 jobs, and in fact 10 cardiologists, 10 dentists, 10 dietitians and nutritionists, obviously, as well as people working in the restaurant itself».
Choose carefully: bicycle or McDonald's? It's worth thinking about.
PS: walking is even worse. Pedestrians don't even buy a bicycle!
