I am in 4 out of 5 classes at the art school and my classmate and I decided to make a comic for our teacher for our graduation. We understand that making it will take quite a while, so we decided to start now. Not everyone wanted to work on it, so many people got several tasks. The main comic will be drawn by the only girl in the class who can beautifully draw small pictures; thanks to her, a full series can be made on a single A1 sheet. I got the character design, their backstory and the story of how they met (I have no idea why the design was given to me, since people are the only ones I can't draw, but the girl who will draw the main part of the comic still has a more cartoonish style, so a simple appearance would have been enough). Each person in our class came up with a brief description for one of the characters; the rest was entirely my imagination. So far, only two characters are ready; now I will show them to you and briefly tell you about them.

Elli. Created on request “positive ...”. 16 years old. She lived her whole life in a village until her parents were laid off at work. They moved to a metropolis, but she misses her home a lot. Very kind. Active. Friendly. Ready to be friends literally with anyone. Loves to summon demons on holidays and discuss their lives with them. Somehow no demon has tried to kill her yet, but many have become friends. Since birth she has a condition that makes her feel no pain or fear, so she is ready to do absolutely anything as long as it’s fun. If she meets a maniac on the street, she will interview him on the topic “what is it like to kill people?”, make him fill out a friendship page in her diary, and when she annoys the maniac enough that he tries to run away, she will start chasing him herself. She attends the art school and loves drawing in completely different styles. Favorite color – orange. Almost every day she brings home cats and dogs she finds on the street, and her parents don’t forbid it. She climbs around abandoned places, befriends homeless people. Often, while hanging out with friends, she may tease someone by snatching their hat and running away. She loves forests, fields and small villages. Favorite drink – super strong black tea with 3 spoons of sugar. She looks for the positive side everywhere, believes in magic, loves riding a scooter and a moped. There is nothing she would hate.

Olivia. Created on request “kind rich girl”. 17 years old. She comes from a wealthy family, loves eccentric things, often boasts about them to friends, but does not insult non‑brand items. Born and raised in a metropolis. Loves coffee with milk and tall buildings. Favorite color – violet. Very calm, doesn’t like to rush anywhere. She has two circles of friends – the rich ones and the one that the comic will be about. Loves social networks. Studies at a private school, unlike Elli who attends a regular one. Completed a manicure course. Very, very, very cleanly built. Professionally practices swimming. When friends explore abandoned places, she doesn’t go herself and waits for them at the door. Often helps the group financially fund various ideas. Slightly insecure because she is the lowest in the group, but she doesn’t show it. Loves sitting in the park with music. The only one in the group who has a significant other. Is afraid of ants and foam.

And now their meeting.

Elli was late for the bus to the school, which was located in the city center, while she lived on the outskirts and fell asleep sitting at the stop. She almost missed the second bus, but Olivia woke her up. Getting on the bus they started talking and Elli told her that they had to put their house up for sale, and then Olivia bought it herself. At first Olivia didn’t particularly like Elli, but after buying her house she decided to be friendly out of politeness, and after a couple of weeks the first impression faded and they really became good friends
