Fight
Basically, this is total madness. Yesterday evening before lights‑out I went to get some water, and under the door of one of the rooms there was a puddle of blood! I was stunned and went to find out what had happened. I’ll tell everything now, it’s just terrible. Two boys fought because both wanted to invite the same girl to a slow dance the next day; the bigger one, about four times larger, hit the smaller one on the head against the wall! Then he dragged him into his room and hit him two more times on the corner of the bed. The boy was taken to the infirmary, where they just put a bandage on him and left him under observation for a day. At night he felt very bad, started feeling nauseous, had a headache, etc., and then he completely lost consciousness and was taken by ambulance to Minsk. There they gave him six stitches, transfused blood, because it turned out a lot of it had leaked out, and he also had a pretty severe concussion. And now what happened in the building. They gave us lights‑out 40 minutes earlier so we wouldn’t go anywhere, and the counselors washed the blood. Then they went outside with water and mops and also cleaned the path from the building to the infirmary, because blood had also dripped onto it. At night some inspection came to us, walked through the rooms and checked whether we were sleeping or not. By the way, I couldn’t fall asleep, because my roommates were very scared and kept whispering. And at dawn (it was already light) the police arrived, kicked us all out onto the street and inspected our rooms + talked with the boy who beat the other. They found a prohibited item (chocolate) on me and scolded me quite a lot, but compared to the other events it’s not that important. In the end, the boy who did the beating apparently won’t face any consequences, because first, he’s 13, and second, he has some minor mental issues. They wanted to send him to isolation for the night, but the doctors said they wouldn’t put him there and he just stayed in his room. This evening his parents will pick him up, but the counselors said that’s their personal wish, he could have stayed until the end of the shift. Already five kids have been taken out of the group, because they’re scared to be here. They also wanted to take me, but I convinced my parents not to, I really like it here. On the plus side – today there was a darts competition and I took 2nd place in the group and 4th in the camp. And yesterday our whole group did a Smeshariki cosplay, I was an owl. And this whole story reminded me of another one that I hadn’t posted, because it happened before I registered here, but now I’ll post it since I remembered.
