Fasting and Cleansing the GI Tract: A Course of Flax Seeds, Oil with Lemon, and Garlic
In my nature, I first try it on myself and only then recommend it.
For this fast I am starting with a gentle cleansing and strengthening of the GI tract with the help of flax seeds—a one-week course, a shot glass of seeds per intake of food.
A. Complete the oiling course. I make
this mixture: a slice of lemon and garlic, poured over with rapeseed oil. Right now it’s lunch and my meal for tomorrow is ready. In the morning, on an empty stomach, I drink the oil, and at lunch, with half a bowl of soup, I eat the garlic, gradually reducing portions. Flax seeds cleanse the intestines, oil with lemon is for oiling, and garlic is against parasites and also beneficial. This is for the first week of fasting. I replaced baked goods with a cereal mix: buckwheat, millet, barley.
