I don’t understand people who have only one hobby — watching TikTok. Like, I was talking to a guy and he was MEGA BORING; it was impossible to even talk to him about TikTok. I used to be like that, I watched YouTube. But later I developed a dopamine deficiency, I don’t know how to describe it, basically my life became VERY boring, and what saves me from that is a self-improvement plan; I do it for my self-esteem and for that very dopamine. Without it, I don’t feel ego discomfort, I feel boredom...
My eyesight gets tired from the screen, and without exercise it’s hard to fall asleep since there was no physical activity during the day. Why do these problems only exist for me? 😭. But there’s another problem too — medications take away a ton of energy, because of which, for example, I did absolutely nothing the entire day yesterday and slept a lot (don’t worry, I also slept at night)
In short, I don’t know how I’ll manage self-improvement today, but one day without it isn’t scary or boring
