For installing patches! 70-105 gigabytes for the game itself – and another hundred so that the patch has somewhere to expand!
(and +70 gigabytes or more if the player was unfortunate enough to purchase DLC)

The largest minimal required size for a patch in CP2077 that I know of is 530 gigabytes.
