Here's a guide to freeing up space:
- In the browser, go to chrome://flags/;
- Find the Optimization Guide On Device Model setting and disable it;
- Do the same for the Prompt API entry;
- Locate the 4 GB file in AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data/OptGuideOnDeviceModel/ and delete it.
