Shorts/live mode on talkvio [preview / discussion]
I’m also testing this mode — what do you think, is it needed or not? It’s sort of like YouTube’s Shorts mode, intended mainly for working with media posts — videos and visual posts within a page — without scrolling or anything else. It’s mostly made for TVs (LG/Samsung) and other devices where you don’t want any extra interaction — you just want to browse media content and short clips one after another.
It currently works like this:
1) Videos and posts with images in them are prioritized over text posts — that is, those containing visual information have more weight.
2) Up to 3 media elements are shown per post.
3) There are different control buttons: left, right, like, dislike — so you can switch quickly.
4) There is a pause — you can stop at any time.
